Philosophy

So much is centered around my philosophy. Obviously the way I look at life, but also the way I SHOULD look at life. So I’ve concluded that I look at life as an opportunity; an opportunity to grow, an opportunity to learn, & an opportunity to make a positive impact. I take everything I see & absorb it, and I believe all of that shapes the person that I am. I take the perspective given to me by God & attempt to get clarity out of all of the things thrown my way. Im humble by nature, so I take all adversity with a grain of salt and chalk it up as a learning experience. I don’t let obstacles get in my way. I don’t waste time, and I’m not interested in wasting this “opportunity” called life that I have been given. Every day is a hustle for me, a chance to get closer to my objectives. I see everyone I meet & interact with as a partner in my growth, whether it be a short interaction or something that develops into something more long term. I love what I do, and I do what I love, plain & simple. I don’t take shortcuts, in fact I prefer the long route with most things because I believe you gain the most wisdom that way. I’m not perfect nor do I strive to be; my only objective is to be the best. If you want to be the best, you gotta BE the best.  All of these things encompass the Paul Elgin Brand, and it is translated through my design work, my social media interaction, and daily life. This is my philosophy.
